A Well-Built Masterpiece - My Review: "splatoon bricks"
This game is amazing! Firstly, I love the idea of adding "Hershey's Milk Chocolate" to it. It really challenges the norms of what you might expect in games, as not many include chocolate. With the addition of this Hershey Bar, I get pretty hungry, which just shows how effective the product placement in this game is. Next, we have the beautiful background featuring the Splatoon 2 soundtrack. This addition indicates that this game is indeed related to Splatoon. Also, for diehard fans like myself, you might have noticed that there is no music playing. Many question this as a flaw of the game, but actually, it's a masterful way to tell us, the players, that we should choose our own music for this lovely game. By carefully avoiding the addition of music, we can also see how the creator avoided potential copyright issues for this beautiful game. Finally, let's touch on the gameplay of this game. Many say this game is barebones; however, this is quite the opposite. If we look at the gameplay, we can see it almost resembles the famous game "Pong," which was just a boring black and white game made back in the 70s. This game refines that boring game by adding both color and action to the original concept. By making the gameplay loop where you cannot lose or win, it adds almost infinite replayability to this game.
In conclusion, this game is just simply amazing, nothing more, nothing less. 10/10
